I myself did not have any issues understanding this, or the pending lawsuit, in and for restoring the Constitution.
The Constitution was founded under The Republic, and not a Democracy. The form used is a Corporate Constitution, and is not founded under the original Republic Constitution.
The same Corporate Legislators, involved also formatted the gateway for NAFTA to Trans-Pacific Partnership. Also noted is Obama,s Healthcare Bill a lie, as a Tax against We The People, so ordered by the court.
The Convention Of States, to all so many, they do not understand what its about or why ? The Original Constitution was founded under The Republic Of America, One Nation Under God, With Liberty And Justice, for all.

The Constitution was signed into Law against England, and The Tax Laws therein. The Revolutionary War, against England and the Constitution goes hand in hand.

Article 5 of the Constitution, is a brilliant clause in this Constitutional Law, they limited this Article V of our Constitution for a reason, that by chance that the day does come. that man kind has a forum therein in respect for The People Of The United States of America.

You now have a voice, supported by a Law by the hands of Our Forefathers of the Constitution, in and against Incorporation of Constitution, which is by the way a factor once again against the Crown Of England.

For many they will not understand the political punt here, for others they do see and they do understand. In This One State so far a Constitutional Lawsuit has been filed against The Occupation Of Constitutional Law, by the hand England.
This is not a conspiracy theory but now is documented as historical fact.
