One of the most senior European Union bosses has threatened US President Donald Trump with prison time over his controversial executive order the bans many Muslims from entering the United States for 90 days. Federica Mogherini issued a direct threat to Trump, saying that if he continues with his Nazi-like immigration policy, he may end up in prison.
She described the decision to aid Syrians and help construct schools at refugee camps in Lebanon as an “investment” in both their lives and the EU’s own security.
“Every single day a Syrian child is out of school exposes them to a future which is not a future of commitment and engagement,” Ms Mogherini.
n a clear message to President Trump, who has made little secret of his disdain for the EU, Ms Mogherini warned against those who wish to build walls rather than bridges.
She said: “In Europe we have a history that has told that every time one invests in divisions and walls you might end up being in a prison if you build all walls around you.
“We have a history and a tradition that we celebrate when walls are brought down and bridges are built.”
Ms Mogherini vowed the EU would continue to work with the Middle East and criticised Mr Trump for targeting certain religions since he came to office.
Her comments followed closely on from Guy Verhofstadt, the European Parliament’s chief Brexit negotiator, who has described Mr Trump a threat to the EU.
Speaking in London, Mr Verhofstadt said there were three outside forces threatening Brussels.
Along with Vladimir Putin and radical Islam he added: “I have just come back from the US and my view is that we have a third front that is undermining the EU… and that is Donald Trump.”
Ted Malloch, an economics professor who is tipped to be Mr Trump’s ambassador to the EU has hinted he would like to see the EU “tamed”.
Speaking on This Week he said: “The one thing I would do in 2017 is short the euro.
“I think it is a currency that is not only in decline, but has a real problem and in fact could collapse in the next year, year-and-a-half.
“I had, in a previous career, a diplomatic post where I help to bring down the Soviet Union. So maybe there’s another union that needs a little taming.”
Mr Trump himself has described the EU as a vehicle for Germany and criticised Barack Obamafor warning the UK would fall to the “back of the queue” if it voted Leave.
President Trump fired Attorney General Sally Yates on Monday night for ‘treasonous’ acts against the United States. The Acting Attorney General defied President Trump’s wishes to block potential terrorists from entering America by refusing to defend his controversial executive order in court.
The firing comes after the Obama supporting Democrat told Trump that she would not defend his decision to temporarily halt immigration from seven majority-Muslim countries – warning him she would undermine and ignore all of his orders.
Taking action in an escalating crisis for his 10-day-old administration, Mr. Trump declared that Sally Q. Yates had “betrayed” the administration, the White House said in a statement.
The president appointed Dana J. Boente, United States attorney for the Eastern District of Virginia, to serve as acting attorney general until Senator Jeff Sessions of Alabama is confirmed.
Ms. Yates’s decision confronted the president with a stinging challenge to his authority and laid bare a deep divide at the Justice Department, within the diplomatic corps and elsewhere in the government over the wisdom of his order.
“At present, I am not convinced that the defense of the executive order is consistent with these responsibilities, nor am I convinced that the executive order is lawful,” Ms. Yates wrote in a letter to Justice Department lawyers.
The extraordinary legal standoff capped a tumultuous day in which the White House confronted an outpouring of dissent over Mr. Trump’s temporary ban on entry visas for people from seven predominantly Muslim countries. Sean Spicer, the White House press secretary, went so far as to warn State Department officials that they should leave their jobs if they did not agree with Mr. Trump’s agenda, after State Department officials circulated a so-called dissent memo on the order.
“These career bureaucrats have a problem with it?” Mr. Spicer said. “They should either get with the program or they can go.”
Ms. Yates’s decision effectively overruled a finding by the Justice Department’s Office of Legal Counsel, which had already approved the executive order “with respect to form and legality.”
Ms. Yates said her determination in deciding not to defend the order was broader, however, and included questions not only about the order’s lawfulness, but also whether it was a “wise or just” policy. She also alluded to unspecified statements that the White House had made before signing the order, which she factored into her review.
Mr. Trump responded to the letter with a post on Twitter at 7:45 p.m., complaining that the Senate’s delay in confirming his Cabinet nominees had resulted in leaving Ms. Yates in place. “The Democrats are delaying my cabinet picks for purely political reasons,” Mr. Trump said. “They have nothing going but to obstruct. Now have an Obama A.G.”
One of Mr. Trump’s top advisers condemned the decision as an illustration of the politicization of the legal system. “It’s sad that our politics have become so politicized that you have people refusing to enforce our laws,” Stephen Miller, the senior policy adviser, said in a televised interview.
Mr. Trump has the authority to fire Ms. Yates, but as the top Senate-confirmed official at the Justice Department, she is the only one authorized to sign foreign surveillance warrants, an essential function at the department.
“For as long as I am the acting attorney general, the Department of Justice will not present arguments in defense of the executive order, unless and until I become convinced that it is appropriate to do so,” she wrote.
Ms. Yates’s letter transforms the confirmation of Mr. Trump’s attorney general nominee, Mr. Sessions, into a referendum on the immigration order. Action in the Senate could come as early as Tuesday.
President Trump has claimed that God and America’s Country Men, is on the side of his Administration and will help them achieve their goals. Speaking to senior staff on Sunday before they were sworn in, Trump told them that God will ensure they will get the job done.
“We are going to do some great things over the next eight years despite protests over the weekend.
We will face many challenges, but with the faith in each other and the faith in God, we will get the job done,” he encouraged his team.”
His chief of staff, Reince Priebus, referenced a Bible verse in his office.
“It’s from Isaiah 40:31. ‘Those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles. They will run and not grow weary. They will walk and not be faint.’ It is our duty to serve with character and integrity and to support President Trump as he places the interests of the American people first,” Preibus admonished.
For Trump, Priebus’ words capped off a weekend of worship. Saturday, he attended a prayer service at the National Cathedral.
The Trump team asked more than double the number of evangelical speakers to take part in the interfaith event than have been invited under previous presidents.

Francis slammed President Trump for “wanting to defend Christianity in the West,” while at the same time being “against refugees and other religions,” according to the Catholic News Service.
“This is not something I’ve read in books, but I see in the newspapers and on television every day,” Pope Francis said, expressing shock that President Trump is fulfilling all of the campaign promises he was talking about for the last 18 months.
“The sickness or, you can say the sin, that Jesus condemns most is hypocrisy, which is precisely what is happening when someone claims to be a Christian but does not live according to the teaching of Christ. You cannot be a Christian without living like a Christian,” he said.
“It’s hypocrisy to call yourself a Christian and chase away a refugee or someone seeking help, someone who is hungry or thirsty, toss out someone who is in need of my help,” said Pope Francis.
Trump issued a blistering response to Pope Francis, saying it is “disgraceful” for the Catholic leader to question his faith and calling the pontiff “a pawn” for the Mexican government.
“No leader, especially a religious leader, should have the right to question another man’s religion or faith,” Trump said.
“If and when the Vatican is attacked by ISIS, which as everyone knows is ISIS’s ultimate trophy, I can promise you that the Pope would have only wished and prayed that Donald Trump would have been his President because this would not have happened,” Trump said in a press release.
Hollywood actor Denzel Washington has slammed the mainstream media for peddling what he describes as a “bullsh*t” agenda to discredit alternative news outlets.
Speaking at the press agency ITK at the National Museum of African American History and Culture, Denzel Washington said that the mainstream media is being hypocritical in highlighting so-called “fake news” websites when they themselves are the main purveyors of it.

Kidman Knows About the Elite
Throughout the years, Kidman has been in contact with some of the shadiest elite groups in the world.
She was married to Tom Cruise, who is the most prominent Scientologist in the world (Scientology was founded by occultist L. Ron Hubbard who was close to occultist Aleister Crowley). Kidman’s divorce with Cruise was extremely messy as it was deeply interwoven with Scientology politics. Since the divorce, all kinds of bizarre reports and rumors have been emanating about this relationship. More recently, Leah Remini revealed that Nicole’s children Bella and Connor (both deep into Scientology) have turned against their mother.
“Remini shared a post-wedding ride to the airport with kids Bella and Connor, asking if they’d seen their mother recently.
“Not if I have a choice,” snapped Bella, according to the book. “Our mom is a f—ing SP.”
In church terminology, SP is a Suppressed Person and designated enemy.”
In 1998, while Nicole Kidman and Tom Cruise were Hollywood’s “it couple”, they starred in Stanley Kubrick’s seminal movie Eyes Wide Shut, which was specifically about the occult elite and its rituals.
Perhaps the most controversial aspect about Kidman’s life is the accusations against her now deceased father Antony Kidman. This notable psychologist, biochemist and academic Antony (and Member of the Order of Australia) was accused, shortly before his death, of being part of an elite child abuse ring.
In 2015, a woman named Fiona Barnett claimed she was a victim of a VIP ring 40 years ago. Among the abusers was Antony Kidman.
“Fiona Barnett, 45, claimed to media in Sydney this week that she was trafficked to “paedophile parties” at Parliament House in Canberra aged five, according to the News.com.au site.
She claimed she was abused by an ‘elite’ ring which she says included high-ranking politicians, police and members of the judiciary.
“My experiences were horrific beyond words. But the way I’ve been treated for reporting the crimes I witnessed and experienced has been far worse than my original abuse experiences,” the news site reports.
Ms Barnett claimed there are thousands of victims of the alleged ring, and says that she witnessed child abduction, rape torture and murder.
She said the ring is still in operation and urged new Australian Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull to prioritise making children safe.
Ms Barnett said she was fearful, but decided to speak out because she felt she had “nothing left to lose”.
She claimed that her reporting of the allegations to various authorities and those of other alleged victims of the VIP ring were “stonewalled”.
Australian Capital Territory (ACT) Police said in a statement that the “matter was thoroughly investigated by ACT Policing’s Operation Attest and there was no evidence to substantiate the complainant’s allegations”.

Antony Kidman died a month after this complaint in Singapore, in mysterious circumstances. According to Barnett, Kidman fled Australia to avoid accusations and controversy.
“Yesterday Barnett released her own theory about Kidman’s death,” The main perpetrator of my child abuse, Antony Kidman, is dead after I filed formal complaints accusing him of the abuse, torture and murder of children in an exclusive Sydney ring. As a child victim of mind control I feel he’s been sacrificed for failing to adequately program me.”
“Kidman was responsible for ensuring that I never disclosed ring activities that I witnessed as a child,” she continued. “He failed. News of Kidman’s death impacted me, someone who has undergone intense treatment. I know that there are other victims of Kidman’s crimes out there who are perhaps not as far along the healing path as I am. I anticipate that news of Kidman’s death may have a serious impact on these victims. A perpetrator’s death can even trigger suicidal ideation.”
In short, Nicole Kidman has been around all kinds of people and organizations. Since she dared going slightly against the current mass media narrative, she has been the subject of attacks against her mental sanity and credibility. Is this mass media’s way of warning her to shut up before she speaks? This trend is extremely worrying and this climate is bordering on all-out oppression. If we accept free speech to be denied to a category of people, soon enough, it will be denied to all people. The same excuses that are currently used to censor a viewpoint will be used to censor other viewpoints – maybe a viewpoint that matters to you. If you disagree with the Trump administration, you certainly have the right to criticize and even protest against it. But that right is also guaranteed to those with opposite viewpoints. If it is not, we are setting dangerous precedents that can (and will) be used against all of us. The true division is not between Left and Right, it is between the masses and the elite. Do not let them capitalize on anger against Trump to justify censorship. It’s a trap!
A new study reveals that Hillary Clinton received at least 800,000 votes from non-citizens during this years Presidential election, verifying claims made by President Trump.
Political scientist Jesse Richman from Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia, published the research this week which he says conclusively proves that Clinton “won” the popular vote illegitimately.
Based on national polling by a consortium of universities, a report by Mr. Richman said 6.4 percent of the estimated 20 million adult noncitizens in the U.S. voted in November. He extrapolated that that percentage would have added 834,381 net votes for Mrs. Clinton, who received about 2.8 million more votes than Mr. Trump.
Mr. Richman calculated that Mrs. Clinton would have collected 81 percent of noncitizen votes.
“Is it plausible that non-citizen votes added to Clinton’s margin? Yes,” Mr. Richman wrote. “Is it plausible that non-citizen votes account for the entire nation-wide popular vote margin held by Clinton? Not at all.”
Still, the finding is significant because it means noncitizens may have helped Mrs. Clinton carry a state or finish better than she otherwise would have.
Mr. Trump’s unverified accusation to congressional leaders this week, as reported by The Washington Post, has sent the issue skyward.
He apparently was referring to all types of fraud, such as the “dead” voting or multiple votes from the same person. But the thrust of his estimate appears to be that illegal immigrants and noncitizens carried the popular vote.
He returned to the issue Thursday in Philadelphia, where he spoke to congressional Republicans mapping this year’s legislative calendar.
“We also need to keep the ballot box safe from illegal voting,” the president said. “And, believe me, you take a look at what’s registering, folks. Take a look at what’s registering. We are going to protect the integrity of the ballot box, and we are going to defend the votes of the American citizen, so important.”
The mainstream media reacted to Mr. Trump’s assertion with derision. Liberal pundits said there is no evidence of fraud.
CNN’s Jake Tapper called it “a stunning allegation for which the White House is providing no evidence. And there is a reason they are providing no evidence — there is no evidence. It is not true.”
Esquire.com said, “The most bizarre lie of Donald Trump’s presidency so far is his claim of widespread voter fraud in an election he won.”
But conservative activists say the liberal media are ignoring evidence — that noncitizen voting is illegal and, thus, fraud.
They say the Justice Department in the Obama administration was more concerned with preventing states from cleansing rosters of dead and inactive voters than in mounting any investigation into fraud.
“Most voters are never asked for voter ID, so it is dishonest to suggest that with the tens of millions of illegal and legal aliens here, there is no voter fraud,” said Tom Fitton, who heads the conservative watchdog group Judicial Watch. “If the key Old Dominion study results on the 2008 election are applied to 2016 — 1.41 million aliens may have voted illegally, with 1.13 million voting for Democrats.”
“A federal voter fraud investigation is long overdue,” Mr. Fitton said. “It would be a simple matter of analyzing voter registration databases against federal databases of aliens and deceased individuals. Why is the left afraid to even ask the questions? The jig is up.”
There does not appear to be any concerted postelection effort by states to take on the daunting task of checking voter rolls and ballots to verify citizenship. In some states, no ID is required to register and vote.
In the absence of detailed accounting, the only scientific way to make an estimate is by post-vote polling.
Mr. Richman relies on a one-of-a-kind poll: the Cooperative Congressional Election Survey. Every two years, a consortium of 28 universities produces a detailed report on voters and their views based on polling by YouGov.
Tucked inside the lengthy questionnaire is a question on citizenship status: A significant number of respondents anonymously acknowledged they were not citizens when they voted.
Three professors at Old Dominion University — Mr. Richman, Gulshan A. Chattha and David C. Earnest — took these answers, did further research and extrapolated that of a 19.4 million estimate of adult noncitizens, about 620,000 were illegally registered to vote in the 2008 presidential election. Using other measuring tools, they said, the actual number of noncitizen voters could be as low as 38,000 and as high as 2.8 million.
The U.S. Census Bureau reported in 2012 that there are 22 million noncitizens in the country. The group comprises illegal immigrants and people in the U.S. legally on a visa or permanent resident green card. Of this 22 million, 20 million were 18 or older, the U.S. voting age requirement.
Conservatives have long suspected that Democrats are tacitly encouraging illegal immigrants to vote. Liberal leaders have created “sanctuary cities” across the nation that refuse to work with federal immigration enforcement authorities.
President Obama was asked during the campaign last year if illegal immigrants had anything to fear from federal authorities if they voted in the presidential race.
“Many of the millennials, Dreamers, undocumented citizens — and I call them citizens because they contribute to this country — are fearful of voting,” he was asked on a Latino YouTube channel. “‘So if I vote, will Immigration know where I live? Will they come for my family and deport us?’”
“Not true, and the reason is, first of all, when you vote, you are a citizen yourself,” Mr. Obama said. “And there is not a situation where the voting rolls somehow are transferred over and people start investigating, etc. The sanctity of the vote is strictly confidential.”
Some conservatives interpreted Mr. Obama’s answer as a go-ahead signal, with his questionable assertion that voter rolls are off limits to federal investigators.
The WikiLeaks dump of Clinton campaign manger John Podesta’s emails contained one message on directing immigrants to vote. He said immigrants should obtain driver’s licenses and then attest at a polling place that they are U.S. citizens.
A mathematician from Kansas says she has uncovered evidence of widespread election fraud from this year’s election and claims government officials are trying to silence her.
According to Wichita State mathematician Beth Clarkson, irregularities in election returns from across the United States are being ignored by State officials in order to cover-up the magnitude of election fraud committed.
Analyzing election returns at a precinct level, Clarkson found that candidate support was correlated, to a statistically significant degree, with the size of the precinct. In Republican primaries, the bias has been toward the establishment candidates over tea partiers.
In general elections, it has favored Republican candidates over Democrats, even when the demographics of the precincts in question suggested that the opposite should have been true.
Clarkson’s interest in election returns was piqued by a 2012 paper released by analysts Francois Choquette and James Johnson showing the same pattern of election returns, which favor establishment Republican candidates in primaries and general elections. The irregularities are isolated to precincts that use “Central Tabulator” voting machines — machines that have previously been shown to be vulnerable to hacking. The effects are significant and widespread: According to their analysis, Mitt Romney could have received over a million extra votes in the 2012 Republican primary, mostly coming at the expense of Rick Santorum and Newt Gingrich. President Obama also ceded significant votes to John McCain due to this irregularity, as well.
While Clarkson has found the same statistical irregularity in a number of localities, her efforts to confirm whether they amount to fraud have been centered on Sedgwick County, Kansas, due to the locality’s use of Real Time Voting Machine Paper Tapes, which provide a paper trail that other localities don’t have. However, her efforts to verify Sedgwick County’s election returns have been repeatedly shut down.
She first requested a recount of the 2013 election, but the timeframe in which a recount could have been requested had passed. She then requested the machines’ computer records from the Sedgwick County registrar, which told her to kindly shove off and sue Secretary of State Kris Kobach if she wanted the records so badly.
When Clarkson initially filed her lawsuit requesting the paper records from the voting machines, her suit was denied because a judge ruled that the paper records constituted ballots, shielding them from the state’s open records law. This ruling is suspect at best, given that the paper records do not have voters’ names assigned to them; they only record when and how a ballot was cast for recount purposes.
She then sought a court order giving her access to a sample of voting records in order to check voting machines’ error rates. This order was ignored by the Secretary of State’s office, despite their being legally required to respond to her within 30 days. The office later said that they didn’t realize they had received her request.
Given Kansas’s professed diehard commitment to combatting election fraud, one would think that they would be all for analysis into whether the integrity of their elections have been compromised. Apparently you’d be wrong.
Congresswoman Tulsi Gabbard told CNN that she has proof the Obama Administration was funding ISIS and Al-Qaeda.

Congresswoman Tulsi Gabbard went to Syria on a secret fact-finding mission to wade through the lies and propaganda and find out what is really happening on the ground.
Immediately on her return CNN booked her for an “exclusive” interview – and Gabbard told them exactly what they didn’t want to hear: she has proof the Obama administration was funding ISIS and Al-Qaeda.
Explaining to Jake Tapper that she met people from all walks of life in Aleppo and Damascus, Gabbard said that Syrians “expressed happiness and joy at seeing an American walking their streets.” But they also wanted to know “why is it that the United States, its allies and other countries, are providing support, are providing arms, to terrorist groups like Al-Nusra, Al-Qaeda, ISIS, who are on the ground there, raping, kidnapping, torturing, and killing the Syrian people?
“They asked me why is the United States supporting these terrorist groups who are destroying Syria – when it was Al-Qaeda who attacked the United States on 9/11, not Syria.
“I didn’t have an answer for that.“
That was more than Jake Tapper, who was hostile from the beginning of the interview, could handle.
His face screwed up, he lashed out, saying, “Obviously the United States government denies providing any sort of help to the terrorist groups you are talking about, they say they provide help for the rebel groups.“
If that was supposed to Tapper’s knockout blow, Gabbard saw it coming a mile away.
Without missing a beat, she calmly deconstructed his ideological, and savagely wrong, talking points.
“The reality is, Jake – and I’m glad you bought up that point – every place that I went, every person I spoke to, I asked this question to them. And without hesitation, they said ‘there are no moderate rebels, who are these moderate rebels that people keep speaking of?’
“Regardless of the name of these groups, the strongest fighting force on the ground in Syria is Al-Nusra or Al-Qaeda and ISIS. That is a fact. There are a number of different other groups, all of them are fighting alongside, with or under the command of the strongest group on the ground that is trying to overthrow Assad.”
Brave Tulsi Gabbard completely deconstructed the false narrative sold by the Muslim Brotherhood, Obama administration, John McCain, Adam Kinzinger and Evan McMullin – all of whom supported the various terrorist factions within Syria – and sets the record straight:
There are no “moderate rebels” in Syria. “Moderate rebels” is an Obama-era propaganda myth. Hillary Clinton is planning another run for president and is preparing to launch a new career as a talk show host in order to “make a comeback” and “lay the groundwork” before the 2020 bid.
Clinton would be 73 years old if she were to challenge President Donald Trump – again – and win the White House at her third attempt – after failing in 2008 and 2016.
Launching a TV program now would make her America’s second-oldest female news or talk show host on the small screen, after only Joy Behar of ‘The View.’
Author Ed Klein wrote Wednesday that according to a Clinton insider, the former secretary of state is open to the idea.
“She thinks being the host of a popular TV show would energize the Democratic Party base and her tens of millions of fans,” the source said, according to Klein.
‘It’s a way to make a comeback and position herself for another run at the White House starting in a year or so.’
Clinton, Klein writes, recently told a group of friends gathered at her Washington, D.C. home: ‘I’ll be back’ – and delivered the line in an Arnold Schwarzenegger ‘Terminator’ accent as she raised a glass of wine.
A planned comeback as a presidential candidate for the third time would preclude the idea of running for mayor of New York City.
It would also take more lucrative opportunities off the table, including corporate boards and university chancellorships.
But the Clintons are among the nation’s richest Democratic politicians, reaping hundreds of millions of dollars in speaking fees since Bill Clinton left the White House in 2001.
Keeping up with the daily grind of a TV show would also allay fears among Democrats that her health is too frail to survive the rigors of the presidency.
Klein’s source said Hillary has ‘been talking very seriously’ about a star turn on television.
‘As a TV host, she’d discuss the issues of the day from a progressive point of view, have top guests, interview world leaders and progressive thinkers.’
Hillary’s delusion
Hillary, in this scenario, would control everything about the show to make sure nothing unexpected could derail her future ambitions.
‘She’s convinced she’d get fabulous ratings in a political climate where there’s so much anger in Democratic circles over Donald Trump’s election,’ the insider said.
It’s unclear where a Hillary Clinton show would air, or when.
But the source declared to Klein that Clinton is ‘utterly determined not to fade into the background. She intends to stay in the limelight and keep fighting the good fight.’
‘She knows Obama is going to be out there fighting too. But frankly, she doesn’t think he’s a great leader or a great fighter, which leaves an opening for her to be the acknowledged leader-in-exile of her party.

The Obama administration was the most lawless in history and liberals – rendered brain dead by the “hope and change” lip service – let the first African-American president get away with, quite literally, murder.
Here’s a list of at least 75 times President Obama violated the Constitution and/or broke federal law during his presidency:
1) Illegally Armed Mexican Drug Cartels and ISIS Militants
“The Department of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives apparently ordered one of its own agents to purchase firearms with taxpayer money, and sell them directly to a Mexican drug cartel,” the New York Post reported. “Let that sink in: After months of pretending that ‘Fast and Furious’ was a botched surveillance operation of illegal gun-running spearheaded by the ATF and the US attorney’s office in Phoenix, it turns out that the government itself was selling guns to the bad guys.”
Even more shocking, President Obama authorized a shipment of guns to the Syrian opposition, a.k.a. ISIS-linked militants, on the exact same day he demanded more gun control in response to the Oregon shooting.
“…The President also emphasized to his team that the U.S. would continue to support the Syrian opposition as Russia enters the war-torn country,” CNN reported in October.
But virtually all of the rebels in Syria have pledged allegiance to the Islamic State since at least 2013.
“The Free Syrian Army and the Syrian National Council, the vaunted bulwarks of the moderate opposition, only really exist in hotel lobbies and the minds of Western diplomats,” Journalist Ben Reynolds wrote in November. “There is simply no real separation between ‘moderate’ rebel groups and hardline Salafists allied with al-Qaeda.”
2) Attempting to shut down gun stores outside of law
In a classic case of criminal racketeering, the U.S. Department of Justice was pressuring banks to refuse service to gun stores in a program entitled Operation Choke Point.
Under the program started in 2014 if not before, the DOJ was attempting to shut down legal gun dealers by coercing financial institutions to close the bank and merchant accounts associated with their businesses.
In 2012, Bank of America told a gun company, McMillan Group International, that because the company was expanding into firearms manufacturing, the bank no longer wanted McMillan’s business.
“We have to assess the risk of doing business with a firearms-related industry,” the bank’s representative told operations director Kelly McMillan.
And not long after, BitPay, a U.S.-based bitcoin processor, likewise refused to do business with gun dealer Michael Cargill of Central Texas Gunworks due to a similar policy.
3) Spent tax dollars to re-settle illegals inside U.S.
U.S. Customs and Border Patrol has been purchasing bus tickets and vouchers for illegal immigrants in order to ship them deeper into the country at taxpayers’ expense, according to a McAllen, Texas city official.
“They’re not bringing them here, they’re bringing them to our bus terminals because that’s where the Border Patrol understands that they have transportation to go to the interior,” McAllen, Texas City Attorney Kevin Pagan said in an interview with Infowars. “So they’re dropping them off and it’s our understanding that they were dropped off with tickets or with vouchers for tickets, but it turns out that some of them tonight didn’t have their tickets or their vouchers for tickets, or like I said their buses are tomorrow, so they have no where to stay.”
Several months earlier, Obama ordered the Border Patrol to stand down from protecting the border and enforcing immigration laws.
“We are simply being ordered to stand down and stop tracking and trying to apprehend the criminals,” Shawn Moran, Vice President of the National Border Patrol Council, told Breitbart.
4) Using executive action to restrict Second Amendment
Obama decided to use his “pen and his phone” to enact gun control without Congressional approval.
“Without a Democratic majority in Congress, and faced with a GOP that is firmly against any form of gun control measures, Obama has repeatedly warned that he would act on his own,” Zero Hedge reported.
For one thing, Obama is attempting to require private sellers to conduct background checks.
“The action, officials explained, would include guidance on how the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives will now determine who is “engaged in the business” of selling firearms under federal law and, therefore, who is required to obtain a license to sell firearms,” the Washington Free Beacon reported.
Obama may also try and prevent people on the no-fly list from being able to purchase guns, which violates the Fifth Amendment’s guarantee of due process by allowing the government to deprive people of their rights based only on suspicion.
Additionally, numerous law-abiding Americans have been wrongly placed on the No-Fly list due to false information, clerical errors or political persecution.
“The U.S. government maintains a massive watchlist system that risks stigmatizing hundreds of thousands of people – including U.S. citizens – as terrorism suspects based on vague, overbroad, and often secret standards and evidence,” the ACLU reported. “The consequences of being placed on a government watchlist can be far-reaching; they can include questioning, harassment, or detention by authorities, or even an indefinite ban on air travel.”
5) Illegally targeted conservative groups via IRS
Obama’s IRS had illegally targeted conservative groups for additional “reviews” of their tax status applications.
Organizations with the phrases “tea party” or “patriot” in their names were singled out for harassment, such as requiring them to provide information about their family members, their social media posts and a list of donors.
Obama had met with a key IRS official who was involved in the targeting just two days before the key official told his colleagues how to target conservative groups. The Daily Caller reported:
The Obama appointee implicated in congressional testimony in the IRS targeting scandal met with President Obama in the White House two days before offering his colleagues a new set of advice on how to scrutinize tea party and conservative groups applying for tax-exempt status.
IRS chief counsel William Wilkins, who was named in House Oversight testimony by retiring IRS agent Carter Hull as one of his supervisors in the improper targeting of conservative groups, met with Obama in the Roosevelt Room of the White House on April 23, 2012. Wilkins’ boss, then-IRS commissioner Douglas Shulman, visited the Eisenhower Executive Office Building on April 24, 2012, according to White House visitor logs.
On April 25, 2012, Wilkins’ office sent the exempt organizations determinations unit “additional comments on the draft guidance” for approving or denying tea party tax-exempt applications, according to the IRS inspector general’s report.
During Obama’s first four years as President, IRS commissioner Douglas Shulman made 157 visits to the White House.
“This is more visits to the White House – by a very large margin – than any other cabinet member during Obama’s first term,” Journalist Tim Brown revealed. “By comparison, during the four years that Mark Everson was IRS commissioner when Bush was president, Everson made only one visit to the White House.”
6) Secretly obtained phone records from Associated Press journalists
In May 2013, Associated Press reported:
“The Justice Department secretly obtained two months of telephone records of reporters and editors for The Associated Press in what the news cooperative’s top executive called a “massive and unprecedented intrusion” into how news organizations gather the news.
The records obtained by the Justice Department listed outgoing calls for the work and personal phone numbers of individual reporters, general AP office numbers in New York, Washington and Hartford, Conn., and the main number for AP reporters in the House of Representatives press gallery, according to attorneys for the AP. It was not clear if the records also included incoming calls or the duration of calls.
In all, the government seized the records for more than 20 separate telephone lines assigned to AP and its journalists in April and May of 2012. The exact number of journalists who used the phone lines during that period is unknown but more than 100 journalists work in the offices where phone records were targeted, on a wide array of stories about government and other matters.”
Obtaining these phone records required approval from former Attorney General Eric Holder.

Obama violated the Constitution when he launched military operations in Libya without Congressional approval.

Obama actually expanded the federal government’s faith based programs which had been started by President George W. Bush.

Obama signed an unconstitutional bill that gave the U.S. government the power to indefinitely detain U.S. citizens without any charges being filed or any trial taking place.
President Obama is a huge supporter of warrantless wiretapping.

Obama had four U.S. citizens killed without judicial process, to which then-U.S. Congressman Ron Paul (R-TX) said was an impeachable offense.
13) Ordered private company to fire 1,000 employees
After Boeing hired 1,000 new employees to work at its new factory in South Carolina in 2011, the Obama administration ordered the company to close it down because the factory was non-union.
14) Stole money from retired teachers and police officers
During the Chrysler bankruptcy, Obama violated the Fifth Amendment and more than 150 years of bankruptcy law by illegally treating secured creditors worse than unsecured creditors.
“Upsetting this fixed hierarchy among creditors is just an illegal taking of property from one group of creditors for the benefit of another, which should be struck down on both statutory and constitutional grounds,” according to Richard A. Epstein, a law professor at New York University School of Law.
15) Fired Inspector General for discovering that Obama’s friend had embezzled government funds
Obama fired Inspector General Gerald Walpin in 2009 after Walpin accused Sacramento mayor Kevin Johnson, an Obama supporter, of misusing AmeriCorps funding to pay for political activities.
Later on, a bipartisan group of 145 current and former public officials and legal scholars signed a letter stating Walpin’s firing was politically motivated.
16) Lied about letting people keep their health insurance
Before Obamacare was passed, Obama said:
“No matter how we reform health care, we will keep this promise to the American people… If you like your health care plan, you’ll be able to keep your health care plan, period. No one will take it away, no matter what.”
But once it was passed, the Congressional Budget Office said Obamacare would cause at least seven million people to lose their insurance.
17) Lied about the cost of Obamacare
Before Obamacare was passed, Obama promised:
“I will not sign a plan that adds one dime to our deficits – either now or in the future. I will not sign it if it adds one dime to the deficit, now or in the future, period. And to prove that I’m serious, there will be a provision in this plan that requires us to come forward with more spending cuts if the savings we promised don’t materialize.”
However, not long after Obama signed it, the Washington Post reported it would add over $340 billion to the budget deficit over the next decade.
18) Gave tax dollars to campaign contributors and lobbyists, and falsely claimed the money was for “green energy”
In 2009, the Obama administration gave $535 million to green-energy company Solyndra, claiming that it would create 4,000 new jobs, but the company soon went bankrupt.
It was later revealed the company’s executives had made substantial donations to Obama’s campaign and that Solyndra executives had had many meetings with White House officials.
19) Had “off the record” meetings with lobbyists
In June 2010, the New York Times said the Obama administration officials had held hundreds of meetings with lobbyists at coffee houses near the White House to avoid the disclosure requirements for White House visitors.
20) Had armed SWAT agents raid a law-abiding guitar factory because it was owned by a Republican
President Obama had an armed SWAT team raid the Gibson guitar factory and seized guitars and other property from the factory – without any charges being filed.
Obama’s so-called justification for the raid was that Gibson had broken environmental laws from India regarding the imported wood that Gibson had been using, but C.F. Martin & Company, Gibsons’s competitor, had used the exact same imported wood.
The difference? Henry E. Juszkiewicz, the CEO of Gibson, was a Republicandonor, whereas Chris Martin IV, the CEO of Martin, was a Democraticdonor.
21) Ignored constitutional requirements for appointees
Late U.S. Senator Robert Byrd, a Democrat, expressed concerns that Obama’s dozens of czars appointed in 2009 might violate the U.S. Constitution because they were not approved by the U.S. Senate.
Another Democrat, U.S. Senator Russ Feingold, shared a similar sentiment.
22) Tried to outlaw family farms
The Obama administration wanted to eradicate family farms in 2012 by trying to prohibit farm children under 18 from working in various farm-related activities.

Obama nominated Timothy Broas to be U.S. ambassador to the Netherlands after Broas donated at least $500,000 to Obama’s 2012 campaign.

Obama eliminated the pensions of 20,000 retired Delphi employees in 2009.
27) Used “off the books” funding for military interventionism
Anti-war activists who helped elect Obama accused him of using the same “off-the-books” funding as his predecessor George W. Bush when the president requested over $83 billion from Congress for the wars in Afghanistan and Iraq.
28) Tried to silence criticism of auto-bailouts
The Obama administration pressured the Ford Motor Company to stop criticizing Obama’s bailouts of General Motors and Chrysler in a TV ad.
29) Tried to silence video on YouTube
Obama actually asked a Jewish singing group to take down its video from the Internet in 2011.
30) Illegally gave Obamacare exemptions to unions that supported the passage of Obamacare
Obama gave some of his favorite organizations an exemption from some Obamacare requirements.
Many of these organizations were unions that had supported the passage of Obamacare, but then afterwards wanted exemptions from the very same law they forced on everyone else.
The Constitution, however, requires the law to treat everyone as equals.
The Washington Times said of this:
“Selective enforcement of the law is the first sign of tyranny. A government empowered to determine arbitrarily who may operate outside the rule of law invariably embraces favoritism as friends, allies and those with the best-funded lobbyists are rewarded. Favoritism inevitably leads to corruption, and corruption invites extortion. Ultimately, the rule of law ceases to exist in any recognizable form, and what is left is tyranny.”
“The now-familiar monthly trickling down of new waivers is, at best, a tacit admission that Obamacare is a failure. So far, seven entire states and 1,372 businesses, unions and other institutions have received waivers from the law. The list includes the administration’s friends and allies and, of course, those who have the best lobbyists.”
“More than 50 percent of the Obamacare waiver beneficiaries are union members, which is striking because union members account for less than 12 percent of the American work force. The same unions that provided more than $120 million to Democrats in the last two elections and, in many cases, openly campaigned in favor of the government takeover of your health care, now celebrate that Obamacare is not their problem.”

Obama violated the Constitution by making four recess appointments when Congress was not in recess in Jan. 2012.
A federal appeals court later ruled that Obama’s appointments had violated the Constitution.
35) Supports guns for himself and his wife, but opposes them for everyone else
President Obama signed a 2013 bill providing armed guards for himself and his wife for the rest of the lives.
But when Obama was an Illinois state senator in 2004, he voted against citizens keeping guns in their own homes to protect themselves and their families.
36) Approved giving 20 F-16 fighter jets to a Sharia dictatorship
Obama once gave 20 F-16 fighter jets to Egypt while it was under a Sharia dictatorship.
37) Violated the very same campaign finance laws that he claims to support

The New York Times said Obamacare “sharply penalizes full-time employment in favor of part-time employment.”
In response to the employer mandate of Obamacare, many businesses and even colleges switched some of their employees from full time to part time.
Leaders of the Teamsters, UFCW, and UNITE-HERE penned a 2013 letter to Harry Reid and Nancy Pelosi stating that Obamacare will “destroy the foundation of the 40 hour work week that is the backbone of the American middle class… the law creates an incentive for employers to keep employees’ work hours below 30 hours a week. Numerous employers have begun to cut workers’ hours to avoid this obligation.”

After four U.S. citizens were killed in a terrorist attack in Benghazi, Libya, in Sept. 2012, the Obama administration falsely claimed the attack was a spontaneous protest against an anti-Muslim video at YouTube.
Even more, the Obama administration took an entire week before it acknowledged the attacks as terrorism.
And although the Obama administration made a dozen revisions to its versions of the incident, then-White House Press Secretary Jay Carneyfalsely claimed that only a “single adjustment” had been made.
ABC News later published a complete list of all the changes to the White House talking points.
43) Complained to YouTube about an anti-Muslim video
The Obama administration actually phoned YouTube in 2012 to complain about an anti-Muslim video.
“It does make us nervous when the government throws its weight behind any requests for censorship,” Ben Wizner of the ACLU said.
44) Falsely said that Fast and Furious was started when Bush was President
Obama lied when he said Fast and Furious had “begun under the previous administration” in 2012.
Fast and Furious actually began around September 2009, months after Bush left office.

With the decision to label a Fox News television reporter a possible “co-conspirator” in a criminal investigation of a news leak, the Obama administration has moved beyond protecting government secrets to threatening fundamental freedoms of the press to gather news.
Leak investigations usually focus on the source, not the reporter. But, in this case, federal prosecutors also asked a federal judge for permission to examine Mr. Rosen’s personal e-mails, arguing that “there is probable cause to believe” Mr. Rosen is “an aider and abettor and/or co-conspirator” in the leak.
Though Mr. Rosen was not charged, the F.B.I. request for his e-mail account was granted secretly in late May 2010. The government was allowed to rummage through Mr. Rosen’s e-mails for at least 30 days.
The Washington Post also said:
“The Rosen affair is as flagrant an assault on civil liberties as anything done by George W. Bush’s administration, and it uses technology to silence critics in a way Richard Nixon could only have dreamed of.
To treat a reporter as a criminal for doing his job – seeking out information the government doesn’t want made public – deprives Americans of the First Amendment freedom on which all other constitutional rights are based. Guns? Privacy? Due process? Equal protection? If you can’t speak out, you can’t defend those rights, either.
Beyond that, the administration’s actions shatter the president’s credibility and discourage allies who would otherwise defend the administration against bogus accusations such as those involving the Benghazi “talking points.” If the administration is spying on reporters and accusing them of criminality just for asking questions – well, who knows what else this crowd is capable of doing?”

The Washington Post reported in 2013:
[Obamacare] allows the Department of Health and Human Services to set up federal health exchanges in the holdout states. But the statute makes no mention of the IRS providing credits and subsidies through federal exchanges.
The IRS resolved this conundrum by denying its existence. In a May 2012 regulatory ruling, it asserted its own right to provide credits outside the state exchanges as the reasonable interpretation of an ambiguous law. But the language of the law is not ambiguous. And health scholars Jonathan Adler and Michael Cannon, in an exhaustive recent analysis, find no justification for the IRS’s ruling in the legislative history of Obamacare….
So: The IRS seized the authority to spend about $800 billion over 10 years on benefits that were not authorized by Congress.

Although these cases rarely involve national security issues, documents reviewed by Reuters show that law enforcement agents have been directed to conceal how such investigations truly begin – not only from defense lawyers but also sometimes from prosecutors and judges.
The undated documents show that federal agents are trained to “recreate” the investigative trail to effectively cover up where the information originated, a practice that some experts say violates a defendant’s Constitutional right to a fair trial. If defendants don’t know how an investigation began, they cannot know to ask to review potential sources of exculpatory evidence – information that could reveal entrapment, mistakes or biased witnesses.”
78) Threatened internet service providers with contempt of court if they did not install surveillance software
The Obama administration had pressured internet service providers to install surveillance software in 2013 so that it could monitor internet traffic without a warrant, a clear violation of the Fourth Amendment.

The U.S. Senate will consider whether or not to launch a full blown investigation into claims that the FBI covered-up criminal activity by Hillary Clinton during their email investigation last year.
A matter of fact, When Bill Clinton became President, he removed all FBI Officers investigating the Clinton’s in land scams and sex crimes.
Senator Jeff Sessions is calling for an investigation into how the FBI granted immunity to Clinton Foundation director Cheryl Mills and destroyed evidence under congressional subpoena.
“I was a U.S. attorney and an assistant U.S. attorney before that and I have been through a lot of these issues,” Sessions says.
Sessions said when he was a Department of Justice lawyer, he worked regularly with FBI agents and he was always impressed by their professionalism and their apolitical approach to their work.
“I love the FBI,” he said.
But, now after witnessing the extraordinary handling of evidence, witnesses involved in the scandal surrounding Hillary Clinton’s private email scheme and her handling of classified electronic correspondence, he is forced to reassess, he said.
Clinton is the Democratic nominee for president and Comey announced July 5 that he was recommending to the Department of Justice that she not be prosecuted in regard to the scandal.
“This is scary to me,” Sessions tells Carr. “I tried not to be critical of Comey at first.”
Sessions said the more he learns about Comey and the FBI’s operating outside of the bureau’s regular practices, the more concerned he becomes.
While the House of Representatives has made an effort to investigate Comey and the FBI’s behavior in the Clinton email scandal, the Senate needs to get involved also, he said.
Central to the FBI’s mismanagement of the scandal investigation is their preferential treatment of Mills, he said. Mills was Clinton’s chief of staff at the State Department, an attorney in the administration of her husband President William J. Clinton and is now a member of the Clinton Foundation’s board of directors.
Howie Carr asked Sessions how is it that the former first lady could have Mills treated by the FBI and the Department of Justice as her attorney, while Clinton also had another team of lawyers from Williams and Connolly.
The efforts to cover up and protect everyone involved in the email scandal were blatant, Carr said. “Richard Nixon never dreamed of doing things like this.”
The Alabama senator said that benefit given to Mills was not justified.
“It is really unhealthy,” the senator said.
“She should not be treated as a legitimate lawyer–she surely had a conflict of interest,” he said. As it is understood in the Common Law, attorney-lawyer privilege protects communications between a lawyer and his client. But, there are limits on the privilege, so that it cannot be used to obstruct an investigation into a past or ongoing crime.
Mills and the FBI set up an investigation process, where Mills was in a position to know everything that was going on as both a potential target, witness and attorney, who was granted privilege with other targets and witnesses and allowed to attend interviews between the FBI and other potential targets and witnesses.
Sessions told Carr: “I don’t see how it is possible for someone so involved in a case that they refuse to provide testimony and information without a grant of immunity.”
Mills must know she is in legal jeopardy, he said.
“That suggests that they think a truthful and or a truthful production of documents could incriminate them–and then, she turns around and is the lawyer for another possible co-conspirator in this activity?” he asked.
“It is a breathtaking thing,” the senator said.
Sessions said Mills, who was Clinton’s chief of staff at the State Department, then was granted attorney-lawyer privilege in regards to relationship with Clinton and was allowed to participate in FBI interviews with other individuals involved in the email scandal.
“I really don’t see how Congress can issue a subpoena for records and they then destroy those records,” he said.
“I am telling you that every business knows that if they get a subpoena for business records, and they destroy those records, they are subject to criminal prosecution and will be prosecuted,” Sessions said. “That’s a high prosecution case.”
Billionaire Globalist (CFR) Member, George Soros has launched a campaign to impeach President Trump by filing a lawsuit against the President just days after taking office.
Soros’ Open Society Foundations funded the organization that filed the lawsuit against President Trump which will challenge the “Constitutionality of his presidency,” according to reports.
Speaking at the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland last week, Soros boasted to the audience that he would “take down President Trump” for disrupting his globalist plans for the world.
On Monday, the Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington (CREW) filed a lawsuit claiming that Trump is in violation of a Constitutional clause banning government officials from accepting benefits from foreign nations.
The suit, backed by several prominent Constitutional scholars, claims that Trump’s business dealings with foreign countries who rent space in his buildings or lend money to his real estate ventures run afoul of the foreign emoluments clause.
“President Trump has made his slogan ‘America First,’” CREW’s Noah Bookbinder said in a statement. “So you would think he would want to strictly follow the Constitution’s foreign emoluments clause, since it was written to ensure our government officials are thinking of Americans first, and not foreign governments.”
CREW describes itself as an organization that utilizes “high-impact legal actions to target government officials who sacrifice the common good to special interests.”
CREW, which does not publicize its donor list, has received financing from Soros’s Open Society Foundations. According to Discover the Networks, CREW has also been funded by the Soros-financed Tides Foundation.
In August 2014, longtime Hillary Clinton ally David Brock, founder of the heavily Soros-financed Media Matters for America progressive group, was elected chairman of CREW’s board.
Brock departed the organization last December, but Politico reported over the weekend that CREW is part of a network of groups for which the activist is attempting to raise $40 million to take on Trump.
Politico reported from a fundraiser Saturday in Aventura, Florida:
The constellation of political groups in Democratic strategist David Brock’s network are aiming to raise roughly $40 million in 2017, the Clinton antagonist-turned-top ally told roughly 120 donors gathered here on Saturday.
…Brock’s groups include Media Matters, a liberal news media watchdog; ShareBlue, a liberal news site; American Bridge, the party’s primary opposition research organization; and Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington (CREW), which carries out legal actions. CREW will be a particular locus of activity this year, according to donors briefed on the plans.
Meanwhile, a campaign to impeach Trump officially kicked off as soon as the billionaire was sworn in last Friday. The movement’s centralized hub is the ImpeachDonaldTrumpNow.orgwebsite, which documents that it is being led by by two liberal advocacy groups – Free Speech for People and RootsAction.
The Washington Post reported on the two group’s effort:
The organizers behind the campaign, Free Speech for People and RootsAction, are hinging their case on Trump’s insistence on maintaining ownership of his luxury hotel and golf course business while in office. Ethics experts have warned that his financial holdings could potentially lead to constitutional violations and undermine public faith in his decision-making.
“If we were to wait for all the ill effects that could come from this, too much damage to our democracy would occur,” said Ron Fein, legal director at Free Speech for People. “It will undermine faith in basic institutions. If nothing else, it’s important for Americans to trust that the president is doing what he thinks is the right thing … not that it would help jump-start a stalled casino project in another country.”
A closer look at the two groups leading the impeachment campaign is instructive.
Attorney and activist John Bonifaz is the co-founder and president of Free Speech for People.
Bonifaz is the founder of the National Voting Rights Institute (NVRI), where he also served as general counsel and executive director.
The NRVI’s website documents it is the recipient of “generous foundation and institutional support” from 24 past and present grantors, including Soros’s Open Society Institute.
The NRVI is also funded by the Soros-funded Tides Foundation, and the Joyce Foundation, which has partnered with the Open Society Foundations on numerousprojects. Former President Obama served as a paid board member of the Joyce Foundation for eight years from 1994 to 2002. Joyce has also been a prominent donor to the Soros-funded Media Matters For America progressive activist group.
Lance Lindblom, a director at the Free Speech for People group behind the impeachment campaign, previously served as Executive Vice President at Soros Foundation’s Open Society Institute/Open Society Fund, his bio relates.
And Jeff Clements, Co-Founder and General Counsel for Free Speech for People, popped up in a leaked Open Society Foundations document as attending the Soros-funded group’s U.S. Programs Board Meeting and Retreat February 23-24, 2011. Bonifaz was also in attendance at the retreat, at which Soros himself provided opening remarks.
The other group behind the Trump impeachment campaign, RootsAction, is led by a small team that includes its co-founder Norman Solomon. Solomon also founded the Institute for Public Accuracy, which, Discover The Networks reports, is funded by Soros’ Open Society Foundations.
